accesses and/or uses HappyBassar in any manner (“you” or “your”) or utilizes any current or
future service, functionality, or offer provided on HappyBassar (“Service”) will be bound by
these terms and conditions for use of HappyBassar (“Terms of Use”), as may be updated
periodically, and any additional terms, guidelines, and conditions applicable to such Service
